Because successful company and personal depend on not only the technical skills or HARD SKILLS but most importantly the SOFT SKILLS such as Time management, Team work ability, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Creative Thinkings and many more we called it Interpersonal skills are the ones that would lead to create such a positive environment that’ll push your company and employees to succeed.
